Small insulator molding is possible! Thermosetting direct pressure molding (compression) division.

We have numerous achievements in the molding of various small insulators, automotive insulation parts, pulleys, and more! We perform direct pressure molding using resins with excellent insulation properties.

Introducing our "Thermosetting Compression Molding Division." We perform compression molding of materials such as phenolic resin, which excels in heat resistance, electrical resistance, and chemical resistance. Compression molding has the advantage of not producing weld lines (the joints of the resin) that can easily cause breakage, as the material is heated after being placed in the mold. We have a long track record in automotive insulation parts (non-conductive), pulleys, insulators (epoxy, BMC), and terminal blocks (phenolic, BMC). 【Materials Handled】 ■ Phenolic resin ■ Epoxy resin ■ BMC ■ Urea resin ■ Diallyl phthalate resin, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
